About the position

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the automotive parts sector. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets. The representative will utilize CRM software to manage sales activities and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales potential
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
  • Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technology sales or a related field
  • Strong account management and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
