Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of inside sales tasks for products and services.
• Meet the requirements of WPI customers.
• Maintain good client relations and a professional appearance.
• Promote and maintain a clean, neat, and safe work environment.
• Operate various types of office equipment, including fax, printer, and copier.
• Operate a forklift as needed.
• Protect company assets and interests.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Some mechanical background or knowledge is helpful.
• Working knowledge of the position and its relation to overall business objectives.
• Ability to meet company goals and objectives.
• Conform to company policies and procedures.
• Current driver's license and acceptable driving record (if job requires).
• Computer literate and proficient in a Windows-based environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform bending and twisting several times a day.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Ability to work flexible hours and days.
