About The Position

The Terex Early Talent Program is designed to immerse high potential students in challenging real-world projects that directly contribute to the business results of our global organization. As part of the program, participants will have the opportunity to partner with team members from our five manufacturing locations worldwide. The intern or co-op opportunities provided can lead to full-time careers, making this an excellent chance to develop skills and gain experience in an industry-leading, international aftermarket business setting. Throughout the program, students will engage in real-world responsibilities that include learning foundational skills for careers in product management, product marketing, project management, or business analytics. They will coordinate with cross-functional teams across business units to collect, analyze, and summarize information necessary for driving business decisions. Additionally, students will identify market trends, research new business opportunities, and support various cross-functional product management initiatives. Participants will also develop standard operating procedures for processes related to new product launches, existing business channels, and quarterly sales reviews. They will support the further development of B2B eCommerce sales platforms. The program is designed to provide real work assignments that offer valuable experience as students begin their careers, along with networking opportunities throughout the Genie/Terex organization. Mentorship and career planning advice will be available regardless of the desired career path, and various intern events, seminars, and team gatherings will be hosted throughout the program.
