The Parts Salesperson & Shipping Coordinator at Big Lake Appliance Service is a full-time role focused on supporting sales, service, and shipping operations. This position involves assisting customers in finding the right appliance parts, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient order processing and delivery. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and customer-friendly, contributing to a positive customer experience while working Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the correct parts in person, over the phone, and online.
• Enter orders, verify availability, and communicate delivery timelines.
• Suggest suitable parts and upsell where appropriate.
• Address inquiries, assist with returns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Foster customer trust to encourage repeat business.
• Pick parts, pack securely, and verify order accuracy for fulfillment.
• Coordinate shipping, prepare labels, and manage shipping schedules.
• Track stock levels, report low inventory, and maintain organization.
• Handle eBay orders, listings, and inquiries.
• Update records, process returns, and document order information.
• Resolve shipping delays, misplaced orders, and other issues.
