Responsibilities

• Look up parts and manage all transactions for sale.
• Maintain lobby sales upkeep and organization of parts.
• Receipt and care for parts and accessories while upselling relational items.
• Work with Case/IH agricultural and Case Construction as well as JCB Ag and Construction lines.
• Finalize parts, service, and accessories transactions by properly closing each sale.
• Identify and fulfill customer needs by helping them select the best parts and accessories solutions.
• Maintain a current knowledge base of parts and accessories, including legal, safety, and recall information.
• Follow up with customers in a timely manner.
• Greet customers promptly and in a friendly manner.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and attractive merchandise area.
• Accurately account for all incoming and outgoing parts and accessories and partake in inventory count and control needs.
