About the position

The Parts Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in parts sales and support. This role involves assisting both retail and internal customers with their parts inquiries, ensuring the correct parts are sourced and managed efficiently, and maintaining a high level of organization and communication throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Working with retail and internal customer parts inquiries
• Researching vendor systems for parts pricing and availability
• Determining needed parts and ensuring proper parts are obtained
• Managing customer orders in an efficient manner
• Timely pulling and staging of customer orders

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year related experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Good computer skills (high usage)
