About the position

The HVAC Parts & Supplies Sales Territory Manager at Koch Air is responsible for generating sales of parts and supplies within a designated territory, focusing on both new and existing customers. This role aims to achieve sales and margin growth while also promoting Payne Residential equipment sales. The position requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Generate Parts & Supplies sales within an assigned territory to achieve sales and margin growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Conduct or attend sales and training meetings with customers.
  • Survey the market to detect business trends and opportunities for competitive pricing and sales forecasts.
  • Promote Koch Air advertising and promotional programs.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of HVAC experience including inside or outside sales, project management, or equipment installation.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prefer 2 years of HVAC Sales experience working directly with vendors, contractors, and owners.
