About the position

The HVAC Parts & Supplies Sales Territory Manager at Koch Air is responsible for generating sales of parts and supplies within a designated territory, focusing on both new and existing customers. This role also involves promoting Payne Residential equipment sales and developing strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and margin improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Generate Parts & Supplies sales within an assigned territory to achieve both sales and margin growth for new and existing customers.
  • Generate Payne Residential equipment sales in addition to Parts and Supplies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Conduct or attend sales and training meetings with customers.
  • Survey market to detect business trends and opportunities for competitive pricing and sales forecasts.
  • Promote Koch Air advertising and promotional programs.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of HVAC experience including inside or outside sales, project management, or equipment installation.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prefer 2 years of HVAC Sales experience working directly with vendors, contractors, and owners.
