Responsibilities

• Process and verify warranty claims to meet all guidelines.
• Close and manage repair orders for standard and extended warranties.
• Track claims and warranty credits in Service Titan and create weekly reports.
• Maintain current, accurate records for warranty eligibility and payment schedules.
• Build solid relationships with vendors and distributors.
• Back up dispatchers and assist with clerical work as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with warranty claims, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Familiarity with Service Titan or similar software.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
