The Parts Washer Operator at MNP Corporation plays a crucial role in supporting the manufacturing division by operating the parts washer machine and ensuring that parts are cleaned without damage. This position involves material handling, inspecting, sorting, and following various cleaning methods using chemicals. Responsibilities

• Operate a Hilo successfully without supervision
• Clear product for Thread Roll department
• Dumping & Staging
• Bringing dunnage and pallets
• Scanning and putting away finished pallets into racks
• Maintain disposable areas in fastener manufacturing
• Pull and put away as needed
• Monitor Ph level of tanks
• Perform daily audits
• Use scanner for barcodes
• Dispatch reading throughout the shift

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant employment experience
• Must be able to work with chemicals for chemical handling
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, lift, balance, talk, hear, smell, reach, use hands, reach, crouch, and sit as needed throughout the day
• Ability to see close, distance, color, peripheral, depth and adjust focus
• Ability to work in a loud environment with exposure to vibrations
• Ability to work near moving mechanical parts in high, precarious places
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively
• Ability to adhere to standard safety policies
• Ability to adhere to hazardous chemical guidelines and utilize MSDS program
