Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze field data.
• Maintain communication with internal and external clients.
• Coordinate and direct field personnel to ensure efficient project completion.
• Maintain field notes and other job-related records.
• Train junior level field personnel.
• Ensure proper maintenance of surveying equipment and truck.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years experience as a party chief.
• Strong understanding of mathematics, surveying principles, and QA/QC processes.
• Ability to efficiently perform multiple types of surveys including ALTA, boundary, construction, elevation certificates, and topographic surveys.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel and work nights and weekends as needed.
• Pass background check.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AutoCAD and Civil3D.
• Desire to explore and develop new technologies.
• Photogrammetry and/or scanning experience.
