As a Seasonal Team Member at Party City, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales strategies that align with our customer-first philosophy. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every customer has a friendly, easy, and accurate shopping experience, whether they are shopping in-store or utilizing curbside services. You will be expected to master all Balloon and Omni channel service platforms, including in-store pickup, delivery, and curbside pickup, ensuring that you are well-equipped to meet customer needs. Your ability to manage and plan daily and weekly workloads will be essential in achieving store sales goals and enhancing customer engagement. Additionally, you will assist the Store Team Leader and Leads in onboarding and mentoring new team members, fostering an environment that promotes engagement and teamwork.
