About the position

As a Seasonal Team Member at Party City, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales strategies that align with our customer-first philosophy. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every customer has a friendly, easy, and accurate shopping experience, whether they are shopping in-store or utilizing curbside pickup. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to creating lasting memories for our customers by providing them with the celebration products and services they need. In this role, you will leverage technology to enhance the customer service experience, demonstrating a proactive attitude in overcoming obstacles to bring joy to our customers. You will be expected to master all Balloon and Omni channel service platforms, which include in-store pickup, delivery, and curbside pickup. Additionally, you will assist the Store Team Leader and Leads in onboarding and mentoring new team members, ensuring that everyone is aligned with our service model. Your ability to manage and plan daily and weekly workloads will be essential in achieving store sales goals and enhancing customer engagement. You will continuously role model behaviors that reflect our commitment to being friendly, easy, and accurate, while also supporting your fellow team members in delivering outstanding service. This position requires flexibility in scheduling to meet customer and business needs, and you will be expected to contribute to a positive and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements
