About the position

As a Seasonal Team Member at Party City, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and executing best-in-class sales strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every customer has a friendly, easy, and accurate shopping experience, whether they are shopping in-store or utilizing curbside services. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to putting the customer first in everything they do, leveraging technology to enhance the shopping experience, and overcoming obstacles with a positive attitude. In this role, you will master various service platforms, including in-store pickup, delivery, and curbside pickup, to meet customer needs effectively. You will also assist the Store Team Leader and Leads in onboarding and mentoring new team members, ensuring that everyone embodies the values of friendliness, ease, and accuracy in their interactions with customers. Your ability to manage and plan daily and weekly workloads will be essential in achieving store sales goals and enhancing customer engagement. The work environment is fast-paced and requires adaptability to manage daily changes effectively. You will be expected to support an engaging atmosphere that promotes teamwork and collaboration among staff. Responsibilities

  • Execute best in class sales and service strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service behaviors to guests.
  • Deliver a customer-friendly in-store and curbside shopping experience.

  • Master all Balloon & OMNI channel service platforms, including in-store pickup and delivery.

Requirements

  • Prior retail management experience is preferred.
