About the position
The Party Coach at HCI Sports & Fitness is responsible for creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for youth parties and events. This role involves being the main point of contact for guests, ensuring that events run smoothly, and providing outstanding hospitality to both children and parents. The Party Coach will help facilitate entertainment and refreshments while maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring events are high energy, fun, and safe
- Greeting and communicating with party guests
- Guiding the entertainment to ensure events stay on track
- Serving as the point of contact during party events
- Building client relationships through outstanding hospitality
- Cleaning and organizing, as needed, before and after parties
- Creating a positive overall experience for children and parents by handling unexpected challenges quickly and fairly
Requirements
- Availability to work Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (all or a combination of days)
- An attentive, outgoing, and energetic personality
- Must enjoy working with children
- Excellent communication skills
- Capability to problem solve on the fly
- Capacity to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong work ethic that includes punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
