Responsibilities

• Host and lead activities during the 2-hour pedal tour, including Trill Trivia and Trap Karaoke.
• Ensure the safety of riders by enforcing rules and maintaining a fun yet secure environment.
• Engage with customers and partners to enhance the tour experience and promote the business.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all participants.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new ideas for tours and events.

Requirements

• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong public speaking and communication skills.
• Effective time management abilities.
• Leadership experience or qualities.
• Experience in teaching is a plus.
