About the position

The Party Host at Arena Sports is responsible for providing a fun and memorable experience for party customers by leading activities and ensuring smooth operations during events. This role involves engaging with children and families, serving food, and managing party logistics to create a joyful atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for set up and clean up of party areas
• Greet parties and assist customers with waiver completion
• Explain the rules and policies
• Accompany children during pre-arranged activities
• Serve food, beverages, and cake
• Manage party gifts and belongings to ensure they remain with guests
• Monitor timing to ensure parties stay on schedule
• Collaborate with customers to resolve issues to ensure a great experience
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager

Requirements

• Customer service experience preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate clearly
• Must be able to work weekends
• Food Handler's Permit required
