Passenger Service Agent - FAT Airport

About the position

The Passenger Service Agent at G2 Secure Staff is responsible for providing exceptional customer service at Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT). This role involves greeting passengers, assisting with ticketing and boarding processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and security standards. The position requires effective communication and the ability to manage various customer service tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers, clients, and airline personnel in a courteous and professional manner.
• Monitor ticket counter and self-service check-in queue activity.
• Assist with the ticketing and boarding process, gates, and baggage service.
• Provide general information to passengers and give directions and flight information.
• Utilize appropriate communications channels and maintain records, reports, and files as required.
• Provide technical guidance and assist front-line employees in performing functional tasks.
• Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers and co-workers.
• Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• One (1) year of customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must submit to and pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable).
• Must have a reliable mode of communication and transportation.
