The Passenger Service Agent position at Trego/Dugan Aviation involves providing exceptional customer service to passengers at Houston Hobby International Airport. Responsibilities

• Processing customer tickets and checking baggage.
• Monitoring carry-on baggage for size and quantity.
• Assigning seats and providing information on arrival and departure times.
• Handling denied boarding situations and accommodating customers with vouchers when necessary.
• Ensuring compliance with FAA, airline, and airport regulations.
• Enforcing safety and security measures.
• Assisting customers with special needs during boarding.
• Completing sales reports and other ad hoc assignments as requested.
• Performing ramp, aircraft cleaning, and commissary duties as required.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
• Must be well-groomed and physically fit.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigration Act of 1986.
• Must be able to attend required training.
