About the position
The Passenger Service Agent at G2 Secure Staff is responsible for providing exceptional customer service at Will Rogers World Airport (OKC). This role involves greeting passengers, assisting with ticketing and boarding processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and security standards. The agent plays a crucial role in enhancing the passenger experience by offering information and support throughout their journey.
Responsibilities
- Greet passengers, clients, and airline personnel in a courteous and professional manner.
- Monitor ticket counter and self-service check-in queue activity.
- Assist with the ticketing and boarding process, gates, and baggage service.
- Provide general information to passengers, including directions and flight information.
- Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS).
- Utilize appropriate communication channels and maintain records, reports, and files as required.
- Provide technical guidance and assist front-line employees in performing functional tasks.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers and co-workers.
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- One (1) year Customer Service experience.
- Must submit to and pass a drug screen and background check.
- Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable).
- Must have a reliable mode of communication and transportation.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating manuals.
- Effective listening skills.
