The Passion Boutique Sales Associate role at Spice2nite involves providing exceptional customer service and sales support in a retail environment focused on intimate products. The position is part-time and requires individuals who are personable, responsible, and possess prior retail experience. Associates will work collaboratively in a team to enhance customer experiences and maintain store standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and sales ability while working in a team environment.
- Maintain established standards of customer relations; problem-solve customer inquiries or complaints.
- Check customer I.D. to ensure all customers entering the store are over the age of 18.
- Assist in the processing and replenishment of product, floor moves, merchandise presentation, promotional events, and price changes as directed by store needs.
- Adhere to a professional dress code.
- Clean, straighten, and stock shelves, counters, or tables and perform other housekeeping responsibilities as needed per company standards.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Prior retail experience is required.
- Consistent access to reliable transportation for commuting.
