About the position

Wordware is seeking a founder-level candidate with a strong track record in product development, community building, operations, enterprise growth, and AI technologies. The role involves contributing to the development of an all-in-one platform for AI development, focusing on creating a programming language tailored for AI assembly and enhancing user experience through innovative tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the core programming language for AI assembly.
• Design and implement a type system for multimodal LLM interactions.
• Create and optimize the integrated development environment (IDE) for building and testing AI flows.
• Facilitate deployment options for AI engines, including API and workflow modes.
• Manage the repository for WordApps, allowing users to share and collaborate on AI flows.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a founder with a successful track record in raising over $5 million.
• Experience in product development with a focus on AI technologies.
• Strong background in community building and enterprise growth strategies.
• Familiarity with programming languages and software engineering concepts.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with GitHub and collaborative coding environments.
• Knowledge of AI tools and technologies such as speech-to-text and image generation.
• Familiarity with multimodal LLMs and their applications.
