About the position

As a Pathology Coordinator at IDEXX, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and functionality of whole slide scanners and virtual microscopy systems for the Pathology team. This position involves ensuring accurate and timely delivery of casework to remote pathologists, troubleshooting technical issues, and organizing case archives. You will work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment that promotes personal growth and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IDEXX's whole slide scanners and ensure digital slide quality.
• Assure accurate and timely delivery of casework to remote pathologists.
• Organize and archive pending and completed virtual microscopy cases.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for virtual microscopy systems.
• Track and troubleshoot virtual microscopy system errors and problems.
• Run regular meetings and coordinate with vendors.

Requirements

• 0-1+ years' experience working in a lab.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to create and report on metrics.
• Strong organizational skills and project administration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deliver trainings and presentations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent client service skills.
