Monitor alarms and emergency telephones in the switchboard and communicate necessary information quickly. Receive and process work orders in a timely and professional manner. Provide information to walk-up visitors and patients in a courteous and professional manner. Job Description: Answer switchboard and information desk telephones in a professional and courteous manner and accurately connecting the caller with either the extension or information they need. Greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
