The Patient Access Representative II is responsible for accurately collecting and analyzing all required demographic, insurance, financial, and clinical data elements necessary to register patients. The incumbent is responsible for the provision of routine patient access activity to facilitate efficient operations, expeditious reimbursement, and optimal consumer satisfaction, while promoting teamwork. This role further supports the mission of Enloe Medical Center, which is to improve the quality of life through patient-centered care. The incumbent must consistently demonstrate the core values of Enloe Medical Center and perform their duties in accordance with regulatory compliance requirements and the Medical Center's Code of Conduct.
