About The Position
The trainer is responsible for performing all training duties, including pre-class preparation, delivering curriculum in various formats (classroom, online, one-on-one), and post-class tasks. The role focuses on mastering and delivering content across multiple subjects and applications, ensuring an exceptional training experience for associates. Ongoing support and training beyond the new hire and onboarding phases are also key responsibilities.
