About The Position
The Patient Ambassador at Mercy provides essential patient-focused support services under the supervision of the Patient Food Services Manager. This role encompasses various responsibilities, including food and nutrition services, linen and laundry services, housekeeping, and supply management. The Patient Ambassador also operates TUG robots for delivering supplies and meals to nursing units, ensuring that all duties align with Mercy's mission and service standards.
