About the position

The Patient and Physician Retention and Growth Manager at Careallies is responsible for enhancing patient and physician engagement through strategic relationship building and community outreach. This role focuses on understanding patient needs, collaborating with local leaders, and driving initiatives that promote retention and growth within the healthcare system. The manager will work closely with medical office staff and community partners to ensure effective communication and resource allocation, ultimately improving satisfaction and health outcomes for patients and physicians alike.

Responsibilities

  • Engages medical office staff to understand and respond to patient needs for education about health care options.
  • Builds relationships with community leaders to create opportunities for engaging adults on Medicare and physicians.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with local community leaders through collaborative activities.
  • Researches and understands local market influencers and community partners.
  • Impacts patient and physician retention and growth by leveraging practice resources and community relationships.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to recommend potential Insurance Agent relationships with practice physicians.
  • Acts as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholder initiatives and campaigns.
  • Maintains regular touchpoints with key stakeholders to discuss KPIs and updates on initiatives.
  • Oversees cross-collaboration initiatives and reviews success metrics.
  • Develops and manages a calendar of events or campaigns with local leaders.
  • Coordinates event details to ensure engagement and lead generation.
  • Communicates objectives and expectations for events with stakeholders.
  • Generates field account engagement through community outreach opportunities.
  • Maintains knowledge of internal client management systems and marketing programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Previous experience in marketing, practice management, community engagement, or broker/agent relationship management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting in a business-to-business environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish or other languages spoken by the communities served.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare marketing or community outreach programs.
  • Familiarity with Social Determinants of Health.
