About the position

Visiting Angels is urgently hiring compassionate and experienced caregivers to join our team as Patient Care Aides (PCA). We provide non-medical in-home care for seniors and disabled individuals, allowing them to remain in the comfort of their own homes. Our services range from simple companionship to personal care, and we also cater to more complex needs for clients living with chronic diseases, recovering from surgery, or who have experienced strokes. Our office in Midtown Sacramento serves the local area, ensuring that our caregivers are matched with clients who align with their skills and personalities. We offer flexible scheduling options, allowing caregivers to choose as many or as few hours as they desire, and we recognize our caregivers' hard work through regular appreciation and shift bonuses for fill-in work. At Visiting Angels, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive work environment. Our caregivers have voted us as one of the Best Places to Work, receiving the Caregiver Choice Awards for 2016-2017. We offer rewarding jobs on both a full-time and part-time basis, with competitive wages paid weekly. Our caregivers are essential in providing dignified and respectful care to seniors, and we are looking for individuals who share this passion. We provide comprehensive training and support to ensure our caregivers are well-prepared to meet the needs of our clients. If you are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply and become a Visiting Angel.
