Responsibilities

  • Be the face of Serenity Healthcare
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and commitment to patients during treatment
  • Graduate from Serenity's paid TMS training program
  • Own outcomes of patient treatment

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Three years of work experience in customer service required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Well-versed in de-escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals
