About the position

Healthy Connections Community Health Network is on the hunt for a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our clinic team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be an integral part of our medical office crew. Your responsibilities will involve handling crucial clerical tasks that ensure patients are prepared for their visits, payment arrangements are in place, and reappointments are scheduled when needed. From answering calls and making appointments to managing electronic charts, gathering accurate payment info, faxing, scanning, and handling fees during appointments - you'll keep things running smoothly.

  • Time management expertise for handling co-equal support staff responsibilities

Nice-to-haves
