About the position

The Patient Care Coordinator with Marketing & Sales Expertise role is designed for a friendly and organized individual passionate about the beauty industry. This part-time position focuses on providing exceptional patient care while also driving the spa's growth through strategic marketing and sales efforts. The coordinator will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to post-treatment care, while also implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, offering high-level customer service from consultation to follow-up.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, answering questions, and ensuring patients are informed about the services offered at the spa.
  • Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and encourage re-booking.
  • Maintain patient records in accordance with privacy regulations (HIPAA).
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive new patient acquisition, leveraging social media, email campaigns, and local partnerships.
  • Create and manage promotional campaigns, special offers, and events to attract and retain clients.
  • Identify and target potential clients through lead generation strategies, follow up with inquiries, and convert leads into appointments.
  • Assist in creating engaging content for the spa's website, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance, adjusting tactics as needed to optimize results.
  • Assist in meeting sales targets by promoting spa services and retail products to existing and potential clients.
  • Work closely with the team to promote the latest trends and treatment offerings to meet patient needs and drive business growth.
  • Educate patients on various services and products, answering questions and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Work closely with medical professionals and spa staff to ensure patients receive high-quality care and a positive experience.
  • Provide feedback and insights from patients to help improve services, treatments, and overall spa experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service, patient care, or sales role, preferably in the medical spa or beauty industry.
  • Proven track record in marketing, with experience in digital marketing (social media, SEO, email campaigns), sales, and lead generation.
  • Experience with CRM systems, booking software, and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to think creatively and drive results through marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Passion for aesthetics and wellness, with a deep understanding of the services provided.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently without constant direction.
