About the position
The Patient Care Coordinator at Audibel is responsible for managing the office schedule to ensure efficient patient care and providing support to patients in a friendly and inviting environment. This role emphasizes effective communication and teamwork, as well as maintaining accurate records and utilizing specific software for patient management. The position is ideal for individuals who are compassionate and eager to contribute to the well-being of patients with hearing needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage office schedule to ensure efficient patient care
- Utilize Sycle to set appointments, update patient information, and enter patient purchases
- Communicate effectively via phone, text, and email with patients, peers, the corporate office, and the manufacturer
- Work alongside your office counterpart; regional and corporate management
- Maintain a clean, inviting, and friendly environment in the office
- Maintain accurate records of deposits, inventory, and call activity
- Have a basic understanding and knowledge of hearing instruments and their function
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication skills - bilingual is a plus
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to multitask for efficient use of time
