About the position
The Patient Care Coordinator at Audibel is responsible for managing the office schedule to ensure efficient patient care, utilizing Sycle for appointment setting and patient information updates, and maintaining effective communication with patients. This role emphasizes teamwork and requires a compassionate approach to patient interactions, contributing to a friendly and inviting office environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage office schedule to ensure efficient patient care
- Utilize Sycle to set appointments, update patient information, and enter patient purchases
- Communicate effectively via phone, text, and email with patients
- Work alongside office counterpart, regional, and corporate management
- Maintain a clean, inviting, and friendly environment in the office
- Maintain accurate records of deposits, inventory, and call activity
- Demonstrate a basic understanding and knowledge of hearing instruments and their function
Requirements
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication skills - bilingual is a plus
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to multitask for efficient use of time
- Speech clarity
