The Patient Care Coordinator will serve as a key representative at a highly sought-after Plastic Surgery and Medi Spa practice. This role involves delivering exceptional patient care while managing front desk responsibilities in a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in plastic surgery or a medi spa, and will be responsible for skincare evaluations and confidently recommending services to patients.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients at the front desk.
- Deliver elite level of patient care consistently.
- Conduct skincare evaluations and recommend services confidently.
- Multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Collaborate with a large team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Experience in plastic surgery or medi spa is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of skincare lines such as Skin Ceuticals, Obagi, and Skin Medica.
