Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice and one year of clinical experience.
• At least 4+ years full-time experience as an RN or equivalent required.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current driver's license, valid vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Hospice experience preferred.
• Clinical leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Administrator/Executive Director/Director of Clinical Operations with all patient care activities to ensure safe and efficient patient care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with hospice policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote and direct the assigned team regarding quality of care and patient safety.
• Engage in problem resolution and complaint investigation.
• Provide in-services to staff to promote patient health and safety, familiarize them with regulatory issues, and address educational needs.
