Responsibilities

• Support the sales representatives
• Act as the patient's main point of contact for Cork Medical
• Serve as a liaison between the company, the patient, referral sources, and insurance companies
• Communicate with patients to introduce them to the company and the process for obtaining equipment
• Collect insurance information needed from patients
• Prepare and send all documentation required to the physician
• Receive proper documentation from prescribing physician and send in for approval
• Keep Sales Rep up to date with the status of each patient's order and any other necessary information
• Perform data entry and manage heavy paperwork, fax, phone, and email communications
• Review orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service
• Ensure up to date and accurate paperwork and documentation of all facts and details
