The Patient Care Secretarial Associate plays a crucial role in supporting patients and healthcare teams within the 4 Dean Stroke Oncology department at Englewood Health. The associate is responsible for coordinating daily unit operations and managing clerical functions, ensuring that the unit runs smoothly and efficiently. In addition to direct patient care, the Patient Care Secretarial Associate must be vigilant in identifying and reporting clinical and environmental observations. This includes utilizing appropriate decision-making techniques to address any issues that arise in the patient care environment. The ability to read, write, and speak English fluently is essential for effective communication and documentation within the healthcare setting.   • BLS certification preferred.
