Responsibilities

  • Perform specific duties that support patient care under the supervision of a Nurse Leader.
  • Conduct direct and indirect patient care activities essential for a safe care environment.
  • Execute selected interventions and activities that contribute to comprehensive patient care.
  • Ensure a positive patient experience in collaboration with the care team.
  • Adapt to a high activity work environment with multiple priorities and flexible scheduling.

Requirements

  • No experience required; training provided on-site.
  • Successful completion of PCT specific HHC orientation.
  • Certified BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 2 months of hire date.

Nice-to-haves

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Some relevant experience in an acute care hospital environment.
  • Current certified BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Certification as a CNA, CPCT/A, EMT, or CMA to be eligible for advancement in the PCT clinical ladder.
