The coordinator will work closely with physical and occupational therapists, fitness professionals, and other healthcare providers to support the well-being of clients and promote a healthy lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Manage dual scheduling of services including physical therapy and fitness sessions.
- Carry out intake procedures per business office guidelines, including transferring patient demographic information into electronic schedulers.
- Complete appropriate intake forms and waivers, verifying insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Secure payment authorizations and ensure all patients receive the S2S Experience.
- Monitor and prioritize internal and external demands of the business.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or healthcare administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Dependability and self-motivation.
