About the position

The Patient Client Care Coordinator at S2S Functional Performance plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service to patients and clients in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. This position involves managing scheduling, intake procedures, and ensuring a high-quality experience for all visitors. The coordinator will work closely with physical and occupational therapists, fitness professionals, and other healthcare providers to support the well-being of clients and promote a healthy lifestyle.

Responsibilities

  • Manage dual scheduling of services including physical therapy and fitness sessions.
  • Carry out intake procedures per business office guidelines, including transferring patient demographic information into electronic schedulers.
  • Complete appropriate intake forms and waivers, verifying insurance eligibility and benefits.
  • Secure payment authorizations and ensure all patients receive the S2S Experience.
  • Monitor and prioritize internal and external demands of the business.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or healthcare administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Dependability and self-motivation.
