About the position

As a Patient Concierge Level 2, you will be the welcoming face and voice for patients at Hawaii Family Dental, assisting them in achieving and maintaining healthier smiles. Your role involves reviewing treatment plans, scheduling appointments, and navigating insurance processes to provide accurate estimates. You will also remind patients of unscheduled treatments, ensuring they receive the care they need.

Responsibilities

• Review treatment plans and estimated copays with patients.
• Schedule patients' next visits and manage appointment reminders.
• Navigate insurance processes to provide accurate treatment estimates.
• Complete copay verifications and submit pre-authorizations.
• Offer and prepare payment plan arrangements, such as Care Credit and Cherry.
• Maintain a friendly and welcoming environment for patients.

Requirements

• 6-12 months of experience working in a dental office.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and financial estimates.
• Ability to complete copay verifications and follow up on pre-authorizations.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
