This is a great opportunity to gain (or grow) your leadership skills! Our Patient Coordinators are the backbone of our clinics. They are working collaboratively with their teammates to ensure the clinic is running efficiently. Our PCs have a direct impact on our patient's overall experience and are providing world class customer service. The day-to-day functions include scheduling new and current patient appointments, answering incoming phone calls, greeting and checking in patients, verifying insurance coverage, obtaining necessary authorization, collecting co-pays / other balances, and helping the clinic maintain exceptional performance. Our PCs will also oversee the Patient Representative at the clinic (if applicable).
