The Patient Services Coordinator (PSC) at Audibel plays a crucial role in enhancing the patient experience in hearing healthcare. This position involves guiding patients through their journey to better hearing, managing clinic operations, and ensuring a welcoming front office environment. The PSC is responsible for coordinating patient care, maintaining records, and supporting the clinic team in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive patient experience by greeting and servicing all guests professionally.
• Check patients in and out using patient management software, track orders/sales, and maintain reports.
• Utilize a customer service approach when interacting with patients and manage incoming calls.
• Strategically manage the patient schedule for the clinic team.
• Organize office supplies and maintain accurate patient files.
• Protect patient privacy by collecting insurance information and completing authorizations.
• Lead morning team meetings and manage daily operational procedures.
• Make deposits and maintain the cashbox, reconciling all deposits daily.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work history preferred.
• 1-2 years' experience in customer service, medical reception, or retail position preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
