Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients upon arrival.
• Schedule appointments for patients efficiently.
• Answer incoming phone calls and address patient inquiries.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients.
• Obtain necessary authorizations for treatments.
• Collect payments from patients as required.
• Process new patient registrations and documentation.
• Assist in maintaining optimal clinic performance.
