Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in patients
- Schedule appointments
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Verify insurance coverage
- Obtain necessary authorization
- Collect payments
- Process new patients
- Help maintain optimal clinic performance
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Great time management skills
