The Patient Enrollment & Outreach Representative at Ally Behavior Centers plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing and outreach department, which is essential for the company's growth and community engagement. This position involves managing referral sources, improving the enrollment process, and developing marketing campaigns to enhance the company's image and outreach efforts. The representative will work closely with families and referral sources to ensure a positive experience and effective communication, contributing to the overall mission of providing high-quality therapy for children with autism.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and launching effective integrated marketing campaigns to grow the company and its image in the communities served.
  • Managing a territory of referral sources to educate them on the services provided and the populations served.
  • Assisting with and improving the enrollment process and experience for families.
  • Meeting set metrics related to company growth and expansion.
  • Supporting external and internal communications efforts to enrich the culture and experience for staff and families.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Healthcare, or Communication with relevant experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a fast-paced marketing agency or in-house marketing department.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as FreshSales, Salesforce, or Hubspot.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining professionalism and quality.

  • Experience working with people with autism.
  • Compassionate with a high emotional intelligence (EQ).
