Responsibilities

• Engage with patients to help them understand the value of orthodontic treatment offerings.

• Assist patients in navigating the financial aspects of their treatment, including payment options and insurance coverage.
• Coordinate appointments with the orthodontic team to ensure smooth scheduling of consultations and check-ups.
• Provide ongoing support to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns throughout their treatment.
• Collaborate with orthodontists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
