About the position

The Patient Experience Coordinator at LifeBridge Health is responsible for managing the complaint and grievance process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves coordinating responses from investigations on behalf of leadership and Risk, preparing data from various databases related to patient experience, and serving as a resource for patient experience data questions. The coordinator works collaboratively with nursing, providers, and leadership to enhance patient experience and address complaints effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complaint and grievance process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate responses from investigations on behalf of leadership and Risk.
  • Prepare data from Patient Experience, Get Well Network, and Quality/Risk databases.
  • Serve as a local resource for patient experience data questions, reporting, and training.
  • Manage the service alert process, comment process, and weekly results for all databases.
  • Collaborate with nursing, provider, ancillary, and Risk leadership on complaints and grievances.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 1-3 years' experience in a related field.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred.
