In this role, you will be responsible for performing various front-office tasks that contribute to creating lasting impressions on patients. You will report directly to the Manager and participate in a four-week training program designed to ensure your success. Your primary duties will include providing exceptional patient service, scheduling and confirming appointments, organizing patient charts, verifying insurance information, and managing payment collections. Additionally, you will be responsible for balancing nightly deposits and processing credit card transactions, as well as completing any other tasks assigned by the Manager. Your efforts will directly impact the patient experience, fostering trust and loyalty within the community. Responsibilities

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, and verify insurance and payment collection.
  • Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements
