About The Position
The Patient Experience Representative II in the COVID Vaccine Clinic is a full-time, in-person role responsible for monitoring clinic activity to ensure the best possible patient experience. This position involves assisting with resolving customer service and scheduling issues while providing positive and effective customer service that supports departmental and hospital operations. Currently, PER positions are eligible for a sign-on bonus of $2,000 for full-time positions, which is not available to current employees.
